St Johns House Care home in Kirk Hammerton (just off the A59 between York and Harrogate) is looking for a full-time Senior Care Assistant and a part-time Person in Charge to join our friendly team helping to care for our lovely residents.
We are rated as Outstanding and believe that people really do matter. Experience is necessary and full training will be given. We can offer great rates of pay (£13.80 for the Care Assistant and £14.40 for the Person in Charge) and various benefits.

The Person In Charge will need to delegate tasks out to staff, run a good shift, oversee medication, and deal with health professionals.
You will need to have a NVQ Level 2 or 3, or willing to work towards it.
Shifts are 6.75 hrs a day working early or late and every other weekend. Start times are 7.15am until 2pm and 1.45pm until 8.30pm.
