Constantia Healthcare is a family-owned care group providing high quality, person-centred residential and nursing care homes in Middlesbrough, Batley, Dewsbury, Bedale, Kirk Hammerton (near York), Blackburn and Rossendale.
Our homes provide long-term, short-term and respite care, as well as specialist care for people with complex needs such as Alzheimer’s, dementia and physical disabilities. Nursing care is also provided at four of the homes.
