The Millings Residential Care Home is a stunning former rectory that has been renovated to the very highest standards.
Situated in the heart of the charming market town of Bedale, North Yorkshire, the 36-bedroom home is small enough to retain a personal and homely feel, and we operate an open-door policy.
All of the rooms in the home are en-suite and residents can also access four lounges and three lounge/dining rooms with lovely views of our beautiful gardens, which offer a tranquil and pleasant environment for all.
We also offer a very varied activity programme aimed at promoting positive physical and mental wellbeing and typical week may include a music group,
exercise classes, baking, craft classes, quizzes, trips out and walks.
The Millings is owned and operated by family-run Constantia Healthcare.

a variety of social care settings for more than 15 years and is dedicated
to ensuring that all residents receive true person-centred care, that they are respected, and that their best interests are always at the forefront of any decisions made
The Millings has a highly qualified, long-serving staff team who are committed to providing unrivalled person-centred care, ensuring our residents are safe, happy and comfortable in the home at all times.
Led by our three excellent activities coordinators, our enthusiastic team provides an extensive range of entertainment and activities for the residents. We are always keen to try something new and to support people in their goals. A typical week may include a music group, exercise classes, baking, arts and crafts, quizzes, trips out and walks. When planning the programme we also include individual interests and requests wherever we can, with the focus being on Relationship Centred Care.
The Millings is situated in the heart of the beautiful market town of Bedale in North Yorkshire. The home’s location allows easy access to the town and its many lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and good transport links.
