Our Care Homes

Constantia Healthcare operates three care homes in the Tees Valley and Lancashire. We have two homes in Middlesbrough, both of which are rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and have a 5-star rating from Middlesbrough Borough Council. We also have a home in Blackburn which is rated as Good.

Our homes provide long-term, short-term and respite care, as well as specialist care (At Roseleigh) for people with complex needs such as alzheimers, dementia and physical disabilities; and nursing care (at Queen’s Lodge).

Longlands provides residential care for up to 43 residents and is a five-star rated by Middlesbrough Council.
