With a degree and Masters in crime scene investigation, it’s fair to say that Kayleigh Mathison delivers meticulous care!
Kayleigh has worked at The Millings for just under two years, having decided that after so many years spent in education that she wanted to get some real work experience on her CV.
She settled into life as a Care Assistant very quickly and whilst a career related to her impressive academic qualifications beckons in the future, at present she is happy delivering great care to the residents at The Millings.
And she has a fantastic way of analysing (not surprisingly!) the effectiveness of her working day.
“To leave and be happy at the end of my shift, I need to know that the residents are relaxed, comfortable and have everything they need, then I know I have done my job correctly,” says Kayleigh.
“I really enjoy working here and chatting to the residents and finding out about their lives and listening to the stories of their past.”
In her spare time, Kayleigh enjoys spending time with her friends and is currently saving up for driving lessons so she can get her own car.
