Manor Croft Care Home is a modern purpose-built property, with 40 single rooms all with en-suite facilities. They are decorated to a nice standard and we encourage our residents to bring their own furnishings and personal items to make their room feel as homely as possible.
There are four homely day rooms with comfortable seating and dining accommodation, offering the opportunity for residents to socialise with ease.
Apart from its well-manicured outdoor areas, the home is also adjacent to parkland and playing fields, offering good opportunities to take in the outdoors
We also offer a personal laundry service for all residents and as well as a hairdresser who attends weekly, we also have regular visits from an optician, dentist and chiropodist.
Our unique, inclusive care packages, for private fee payers, offer everything from personal grooming and family dining events to therapeutic and holistic treatments. We also have a Resident Loan Fund which enables residents to keep a small personal float in the home so they can make small purchases without the worry of carrying cash.
Our Familiar Spaces project helps people living with dementia by replicating the layout and décor of their bedroom from home so their new space feels instantly familiar. We even take a photograph of the view from their old bedroom window and create a custom wall canvas so they can wake up to the same view they’ve known for years.
We also understand how important it is to feel connected to family and friends and that’s why we have a family WhatsApp group and a monthly newsletter tailored specifically to each resident.

Dad is very happy at Manor Croft, He praises the staff and the home constantly. The staff treat him very well and meet his needs always with a cheery attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I relax knowing that Dad is in safe hands.

All the Staff (each and every one of them) are caring, loving and thoughtful. They made me feel as though I was part of their family. I looked upon them as my friends and still do.
I didn’t feel as though I was going to see Mum in a care home, I felt as though I was seeing her in her own bedroom.
Linda, daughter of resident
Overall I am very impressed with the standards at Manor Croft having supported my friend whilst her mum needed care. My own um is also needing care and is currently in a different care home but if the day comes when she needs nursing care, I will push for Manor Croft.
Sandra, friend of resident
Manor Croft is a very friendly care home with very helpful staff. The rooms are nice and management is very good.
Louise, daughter of resident
The staff are always happy and focused on the wellbeing of every one of their residents. I visit most days and each time the staff welcome me and I smile when I see how they engage with the residents whether it be a singalong or a game of dominoes. Nothing ever seems too much trouble and I have so much admiration for Manor Croft.
