Residents and staff across our nine homes produced some very scary creations in our Group Halloween pumpkin competition.
Everyone worked hard carving and decorating their pumpkins and it made for a very fun, engaging and stimulating activity.
Our judges had a difficult time selecting the winners but were able to narrow it down to the following:
Overall winner – Fiona Fewster, Roseleigh Manager
Regional winner (North East) – Middlesbrough Grange
Regional winner (North West) – Lilibet Manor
Regional winner (Yorkshire) – St John’s House
A huge thank you to everyone who participated. The enthusiasm and unique designs made this event a huge success and every pumpkin was a testament to the talent and imagination of our residents and staff.
We also give special thanks to Burnley Police Station for their creative entry, for which we are to make a donation on their behalf to a local food bank.
