Lilibet Manor Nursing Home Rossendale, Lancashire. We provide nursing and residential care for up to 46 residents. This includes long-term, short-term and respite care, as well as specialist care for people aged 18 and over with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour, including alzheimers, dementia, medical/physical disabilities, and mental health. Lilibet Manor is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Lilibet Manor Nursing Home Rossendale is split over two adjoining buildings. The main building, the former mansion of Lord Crawshaw built in 1830, is allocated to residents with dementia/alzheimers and other complex needs, who require more specialist support, such as help with meals, personal care, and medications.
Most of the rooms in this part of the building are en-suite and many retain original features from the period. We encourage residents to bring their own furnishings to make their room feel as homely as possible. There is also a large, comfortable lounge along with a spacious dining room, and a cinema room.
The newer part of the building (opened in 1995) is designed to provide nursing and residential care to young adults over the age 18 years who may have medical and/or physical disabilities and complex needs/behaviours.
All of the rooms in this building are en-suite and there are also several lounges and a dining area where fresh home cooked food is served.
The home is set in over two acres of landscaped garden, offering a tranquil and pleasant environment for our residents.
We also offer a personal laundry service for all residents and as well as a hairdresser who attends weekly, we also have regular visits from an optician, dentist and chiropodist.
Lilibet Manor is owned and operated by family-run Constantia Healthcare.

Leah Houghton is the Registered Manager at Lilibet Manor. She is a trained Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years’ experience in care.
Lilibet Manor has a highly qualified, long-serving staff team who are committed to providing unrivalled person-centred care, ensuring our residents are safe,happy and comfortable in the home at all times.
We provide a wide range of daily activities designed to encourage group involvement but also to meet individual needs, with the choice to participate resting solely with our residents.
Each day is different, but activities include bingo, dominoes, singing, reminiscence, arts and crafts and outings to local markets and shops and also local places of interest. We also encourage visits from local entertainers, such as choirs, singers, and groups.
Lilibet Manor is situated in the village of Crawshawbooth in Rossendale. Local amenities are within walking distance and within two miles is Rawtenstall town centre and the M66. We are on a bus route which offers frequent bus services to Crashawbooth, Rawtenstall, Burnley, Bury, Blackburn, Bolton and Manchester.
