Constantia Healthcare is pleased to announce that it was successful in recent industry awards which celebrate the best of social care.
Our Chief Operating Officer Emily Whitehurst won the outstanding director award and our Lilibet Manor complex care home was highly commended in the care home nutrition category of the 2025 Stars of Social Care Awards.
Held in London and hosted by television presented Josie Gibson, the evening saw the crop of the care home industry coming together to celebrate achievement and success.
Speaking of Emily, the judges said: “Emily won this award for her visionary leadership and transformative impact as COO of Constantia Healthcare. In just three years, she has tripled the organisation’s value through sustainable, strategic change. Her unwavering commitment to quality, innovation in care planning, and deep investment in workforce wellbeing have reshaped the culture, improved retention, and elevated care standards across the board. Emily’s exceptional foresight, delivery, and dedication have positioned the organisation as a sector leader and continue to inspire excellence at every level.”
And praising Lilibet Manor, they said: “The Lilibet Manor catering team delivers exceptional, person-centred nutritional care, transforming mealtimes into moments of joy, dignity, and connection. With expert support for complex needs, a 13-choice menu, and collaborative planning, they honour cultural and personal preferences. Their innovative approach has improved health, satisfaction, and made food central to care.”
We were honoured to be recognised in the awards and to share the evening with our peers whom all do fantastic work within the residential care sector.
