On Friday 12th December, Constantia Healthcare Group came together to celebrate one of the most important events in our calendar – our End of Year Awards. It was a fantastic occasion, bringing together colleagues from across our homes and central support teams to recognise the people who make Constantia who we are.
The awards are all about celebrating the best of the best – those individuals and teams who go above and beyond every day, live our values, and make a real difference to the lives of our residents, families, and colleagues. The atmosphere at the festive reception was filled with pride, gratitude, and well-deserved recognition.
Our winners were delighted to receive their awards and celebrate their achievements alongside their peers. A special mention goes to Emma McGee from Longlands, who not only won Group Employee of the Year but also walked away with an all-inclusive holiday for two – a wonderful way to say thank you for her exceptional contribution.
