“I have a fantastic staff team here who are committed to delivering high quality care to the people living in the home.”
Emily Whitehurst, Constantia Healthcare Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are always looking to develop, mentor and provide opportunities for our staff and Nikki is a great example of what can be achieved.
“Nikki went from strength to strength in her role as Deputy Manager, so we were thrilled to have been able to promote her to the role of Manager at our newest home.
“She has now embarked on this next stage of her career and play a leading role as we continue to integrate Middlesbrough Grange into the Constantia Healthcare family.”
