We’re excited to share some important news from across Constantia Healthcare Group – Kathryn Dee has been appointed as our Acting Chief Operating Officer.
This appointment comes at a pivotal time for the organisation as we continue to grow, strengthen our services, and focus on delivering the highest standards of care to the people we support.
Kathryn brings with her a strong background in healthcare leadership and a genuine passion for quality, person-centred care. She has consistently demonstrated an ability to lead teams effectively, drive improvements, and ensure services operate to the highest standards.
In her role as Acting COO, Kathryn will be working closely with our leadership teams and services to support day-to-day operations, enhance performance, and ensure we remain aligned with our core values. Her focus will be on consistency, quality, and supporting our teams to thrive.
